About Us

Baseline is a 1,100-acre mixed-use community in Broomfield, Colorado, nestled between Denver and Boulder.

Here, things are done differently. The homes are modern and energy efficient. The landscapes are sustainably designed, planted with pollinator-friendly natives and connected by miles of trails. The parks bring neighbors together and link home to nature in a way that feels intentional, because it is.

West Village, our first residential enclave, is beautifully established with hundreds of families now calling it home. Parkside West, our second village, borders the Parklands, a 62-acre central greenspace currently underway, and features three neighborhood parks of its own.
