The Role The Showroom Associate is the front door to the RTW experience. You are the first impression, the friendly guide, and the trusted educator for customers who walk into our showroom. Your primary goal is to help visitors understand their flooring options and schedule a free in-home consultation before they leave — setting them up for a smooth, personalized next step. This role blends customer interaction, product education, and showroom presentation. What You’ll Do Customer Experience
? Greet every customer and potential customer with warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest.
? Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s space, goals, timeline, and budget.
? Educate customers on RTW’s flooring offerings: ? Tile ? Laminate ? Luxury vinyl ? Carpet ? Hardwood
? Clearly explain RTW’s installation services, process, and guarantees.
? Help customers feel confident — not rushed — in their decision-making.
? Proactively guide customers toward scheduling a free in-home consultation as the natural next step.
? Accurately capture customer information and hand off leads to the appropriate team member. Showroom Excellence
? Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
? Ensure displays, samples, signage, and brochures are stocked and presentable.
? Maintain sample areas and merchandising standards so the space always reflects the RTW brand.
? Notify leadership of any issues with displays, samples, or the physical space. Brand Representation
? Represent RTW Flooring with professionalism, integrity, and care.
? Communicate our values through how you speak, listen, and follow through with customers.
? Share customer insights and feedback with leadership to help improve the showroom experience.
What We’re Looking For
? Strong people skills — you enjoy talking with customers and making them feel at ease.
? Ability to learn and confidently speak about flooring products and services.
? A natural educator who can explain options clearly without being salesy.
? Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping a space clean and well-presented.
? Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.

? $17/hr + $25 for every in-home measurement booked + additional $25 if deal closes
