Those who practice these yogic techniques wake up and strengthen the nervous system, stimulate the glandular system, and purify the blood, thus healing and empowering their bodies so they are radiant and capable of taking on life's challenges. Join us in a relaxed class setting to experience the unity of mind, body and soul in a yoga practice. Instructed by Guru Raj Khalsa, a certified KRI Kundalini teacher.
